Describe how you want it. Background color, texture (if you want), distorting of background, images, title, effects, color of title, font, etc. Also tell me whether it's a Signature or a Forum-Type Banner you want.
Texture means like Mosaic Tile, Patchwork, Grain, Craquelure, or Stained glass. Effects is Glowing Edges, Solarizing or something else. Background distortions refers to the banner and not imported images. For that, I can twirl the background, give it an ocean ripple, other stuff, etc.
